Pay & Hours

Pay: $26/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1st shift)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Enter and manage RFQs (Requests for Quotes) in the CRM system
• Communicate directly with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Handle inbound calls and emails to assist customers and sales reps
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate proposals, bids, and quotations
• Manage data in ERP (Infor Syteline) and CRM systems
• Assist with contracts, orders, and post-sale follow-up
• Collect payments and monitor overdue invoices
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all customer-facing interactions

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with RFQs, bids, and CRM/ERP software
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree is a plus
• Previous experience in the valve or piping industry is a bonus
