Location: Hybrid - Malvern, PA Tuesdays required onsite, additional day at the discretion of the candidate Employment Type: ~6 months Contract Pay Rate: $33.00 - $43.00 per hour (depending on experience) Our client, one of the world's largest and most respected manufacturers of building materials and innovative solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Data & Digital Asset Specialist to support product content operations, centralized asset governance, and campaign execution across internal teams and partner ecosystems. This is a hybrid role based in Malvern, PA, with a focus on streamlining digital asset workflows, maintaining platform consistency, and enabling high-quality marketing content delivery. Key Responsibilities Product Data & Digital Asset Integration Manage the migration, tagging, and organization of product data and digital assets across platforms. Ensure metadata accuracy, taxonomy consistency, and adherence to governance standards. Collaborate with IT, brand, and marketing teams to ensure content readiness and alignment. Centralized Asset Management Oversee the asset lifecycle, including uploads, version control, and archival. Lead structured asset migrations and ensure clear documentation for internal and external users. Maintain content organization systems that support discoverability and usability. Campaign Marketing Support Align digital asset workflows with marketing campaign timelines and co-op initiatives. Support onboarding of stakeholders and partners to asset platforms and libraries. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing content and imagery. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in digital asset management, product content coordination, marketing operations, or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with DAM platforms, CMS tools, and/or marketing automation systems. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Experience with co-op or channel marketing programs is a plus.
