Key Responsibilities: Champion a "Road to Zero" culture focused on reducing incidents and severity rates Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and industrial hygiene standards Promote sustainability practices throughout the facility Drive continuous improvement in internal quality audit results Ensure products meet strict manufacturing and finished goods specifications Achieve 100% on-time delivery across all product lines Reduce downtime and slow time by 10% year-over-year Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for missed performance targets Provide clear direction, mentorship, and performance management Promote employee growth through training and development Encourage team engagement through our community initiative Communicate financial goals and take proactive steps to close performance gaps Reduce process waste and seconds by 10% Improve raw material efficiency by at least 0.2% annually Qualifications: Must have 10 years of relevant experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a collaborative setting, and strong leadership skills.
