Position Description

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Manager with sharp analytical and stakeholder management skills to oversee and optimize our B2B Field Service network of third-party service providers and suppliers. This role reports to the Director of B2B Field Service Operations. Our service providers play a key role across the end-to-end customer journey, including contact center operations, technical support, logistics coordination, in-home repairs, product exchanges/installations, and depot repair. This role is pivotal in ensuring service excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency across our vendor ecosystem.

Responsibilities

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.

* Develop, implement, and maintain vendor management policies and procedures to optimize vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

* Ensure that the standard procedures are followed and that vendors meet or exceed their contractual obligations.

* Monitor and coordinate vendor performance reviews, audits, and assessments to ensure KPIS (key performance indicators) are maintained.

* Analyze vendor performance data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.

* Monitor and support the vendor selection process, including the development of RFPs (requests for proposals), bid evaluation, and contract negotiation.

* Address and resolve any vendor-related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of directly related experience is required.



  • Vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management or Six Sigma are a plus.


* Master's degree preferred.

* Experienced in contract negotiation, outsourcing strategies, and vendor performance management.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

* Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate internally and externally and across all organizational levels.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with vendor management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
