Pay & Schedule

Pay Rate: $24.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (flexible to 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Preflight, edit, and impose incoming art files to ensure print readiness
• Operate and manage workflow using Adobe CC, Equios, PitStop, InDesign, and RIP software
• Perform color management using ICC profiling and X-Rite tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain production accuracy and timelines
• Maintain prepress workflow efficiency, file organization, and inventory
• Support file tracking, archiving, and backup personnel training
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain quality standards
• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet in a fast-paced, print-based environment

What You Bring

• 5+ years of digital/commercial prepress experience
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Equios, PitStop, RIP software, and X-Rite tools
• Exceptional color management and ICC profiling experience
• Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with precision and consistency
• Comfort working in a production environment with occasional overtime/weekend work
