Be the Voice of Compassion: Clinical Specialist (Remote, U.S.) \| $50/hr Advantage Technical is hiring a Clinical Specialist for a remote opportunity supporting an innovative, patient-centric program led by a global medical technology leader. Hours & Pay Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday (Flexible) Four days per week: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (local time zone) One day per week: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM ET (or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PT) Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in EST due to manager location) About the Role This is not your average phone-based role. As a Clinical Specialist, you'll conduct scheduled outbound calls to patients and caregivers interested in Hepatic Artery Infusion (HAI) therapy-a specialized cancer treatment. Your mission? Provide compassionate guidance, educational support, and help connect patients to treatment centers offering HAI therapy. You'll play a vital part in the HAI Patient Connect Program, bringing empathy and clarity to individuals exploring this life-changing therapy. What You Bring 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare, patient support, or care coordination role Prior experience in telephonic patient communication is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree required (clinical or health-related fields a plus) Exceptional communication, listening, and organizational skills Attention to detail and empathy in patient interactions Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and follow regulatory protocols Comfort using digital tools and documentation platforms Preferred Qualifications Nursing license or background Oncology experience (clinical or industry) Understanding of the patient's journey in cancer therapy Empower Patients.
