Location: Remote (Preference for candidates in EST due to manager location) About the Role This is not your average phone-based role. As a Clinical Specialist, you'll conduct scheduled outbound calls to patients and caregivers interested in Hepatic Artery Infusion (HAI) therapy-a specialized cancer treatment. Your mission? Provide compassionate guidance, educational support, and help connect patients to treatment centers offering HAI therapy. You'll play a vital part in the HAI Patient Connect Program, bringing empathy and clarity to individuals exploring this life-changing therapy. What You'll Do
