JOB SUMMARY: The Manager II, Goodwheels oversees all aspects of our leading Goodwheels Non-Emergent Transportation (NEMT) Program, a leading community transportation social enterprise. This role oversees a team of 20+ dedicated drivers and dispatchers who deliver exceptional door-to-door service across El Paso, Teller, and Pueblo Counties. Serving primarily Medicaid clients, with a smaller portion of private pay clients, our team goes the extra mile to ensure clients arrive safely at their destinations. With a fleet of over 20 vehicles, our compassionate, customer-focused staff specializes in transporting both ambulatory clients and those who use wheelchairs, creating an inclusive and dignified experience for every rider.
