Pay & Schedule

Pay: $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Employment Type: Temporary

What You'll Be Doing

• Investigate and validate disputed customer deductions
• Use supporting documentation and internal systems to research claims
• Resolve deduction issues while meeting or exceeding weekly targets
• Compile and submit detailed month-end financial reports
• Work with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure accurate deduction resolution
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in deduction management or a strong accounting background
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with EDI and Great Plains (a plus)
• Organized, analytical, and able to work independently
• Ability to handle direct communication professionally
• Previous exposure to the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is a bonus
