Staffmark is now hiring a Reach Truck Operator to join a cutting-edge logistics company in Monroe, OH, distributing one of America's most trusted pet food brands. Pay & Shifts Pay: $18.00, $19.50, or $20.00/hour based on shift Schedules Available: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM (some Saturdays required) Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM (some Saturdays required) Thursday-Sunday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM + overtime as needed Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Training: Mandatory orientation typically held on Mondays, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Operate stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse Move pallets to designated areas for storage or shipment Load and unload materials with precision and care Conduct daily equipment inspections and follow safety protocols Assist with picking, staging, replenishment, and general inventory movements Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work zones Follow site-specific operating and safety procedures, including site certification requirements Work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on quality and on-time performance Why You'll Want This Job In addition to competitive pay and a long-term opportunity with a respected logistics leader, we offer weekly pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401k options, short-term disability, referral bonus potential, employee discounts, and free staffing services.
