The pay range for this position is $84,000- $131,300 based on direct and relevant experience.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Sr Manager, IT Project Management to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Sr Manager, IT Project Management , you will be responsible for managing one or more moderate to advance complexity cross-functional projects from inception using appropriate project management framework and methodology. Works closely with the project sponsors, project stakeholders and business subject matter experts to guide efforts toward achieving intended business results. This position is full-time, working Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(80%) Strategic Project Management



  • Understands and considers both the business and the technical needs to ensure quality products and related operational workflows meet/exceed the desired business objectives
  • Manages and communicates a clear vision of the project's objectives, and motivates the project team to achieve them; fosters a project environment that enables peak performance by team members
  • Manages enterprise level projects and/or multiple projects within the enterprise technology stack; with a high financial impact or $5+ M investment or equal complexity
  • Co-creates project objectives with project team members, including the definition of successful implementation criteria
  • Manages relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors, keeping the stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables
  • Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with plan objectives
  • Manages and maintains project documentation and adheres to the Delivery Management Office framework and best practices
  • Ensures all phases of initiative if infrastructure or application have enterprise modeling around integration, data validation, regression and user acceptance testing are comprehensive, planned and executed
  • Determines what constitutes successful closure for all parties. Gains acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained
  • Leads project analysis for lessons learned and shares with relevant audience for best practice improvements
  • Acts as advisor and thought partner to stakeholders when navigating project processes and deliverables Provides actionable feedback on work products, and mentor and coach team members to help them develop
  • Manages up to senior leadership on key risks and issues, and proactively pull in support as needed


(20%) Long Range IT Strategic Project Planning



  • Leads planning initiatives and recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Creates project and department analytics including resource allocation and impact analysis to aid in leadership review
  • Leads weekly project intake review meetings, schedules scope reviews and tracks project prioritization status
  • Provides resource capacity input identifying gaps that could impact scope and deliverables
  • Evaluates project management processes, makes recommendations for and implements process improvements
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.



Required:



  • Minimum 7 years experience leading and directing project tasks of IT or Healthcare related projects using project management methodology, techniques, and tools
  • Minimum 3 years of a technical project management experience (i.e. digital/software development, infrastructure, and process management)



Preferred:



  • BA/BS in business, technology, project management, medical or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Merger and Acquisitions, data/system integration or other confidential project experience
