JOB SUMMARY: The Manager I, Goodwill Staffing, oversees the daily operations and business of a team of recruiters and account executives working at Goodwill of Colorado's Staffing agency. The incumbent will manage and direct office staff by promoting positive team culture and a quality service to all clients while focusing on improving market-share, sales, and gross profit. The incumbent will create long-term strategies for the Goodwill organization and is responsible for hiring, training, and guiding a team of Account Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers, and Temporary Employees. The incumbent is responsible for the business success and financial targets. The Manager will assist the staff in all aspects of the business in order to meet overall Goodwill Staffing outcomes. The incumbent will generate leads through marketing, networking and sales within the Community and social media. It is an expectation the Manager will cultivate strong positive client and team relationships by meeting with clients frequently to understand the need to ensure the staffing agency is customizing the approach to meet the demand. The incumbent will be skilled at attracting new business, closing deals, updating company profile, and maintaining current customer satisfaction. The incumbent will oversee the attainment of budgeted sales and profit goals through business development, growth of customer base, and support of team development. The incumbent will manage all areas of Staffing including sourcing new avenues and opportunities to put people to work while ensuring each opportunity is a revenue generating business to increase overall profitability of Goodwill Staffing. The Manager will explore broadening the population served across all aspects of the Staffing functions performed not only through Goodwill Staffing Services, but also through direct oversight of similar activities performed through services currently contracted with State, County, and other governmental entities, as well as within new markets.
