Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble mechanical components and equipment into cabinets and enclosures
• Follow diagrams and instructions to install cabling with precision and safety
• Use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, and cutters
• Work closely with experienced team members to complete assembly tasks correctly
• Keep your work area clean and organized for safety and efficiency
• Stand, bend, pull, lift, and climb regularly throughout the shift

What You Bring to the Role:

• 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience or related work in manufacturing
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Comfort using hand tools for cable and component installation
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a team environment
