Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our Factory team.

- Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced, adaptable settings where high-mix/low-volume work is standard.
- As part of the 2nd shift team, you'll work on next-generation products, complex prototype components, repairs for critical equipment, and fast-turnaround projects supporting engineering and manufacturing efforts. Flexibility, attention to detail, and an innovative mindset are essential.

- This fast-paced factory is not a classic production machine shop as the work we do is anything but typical.
- A successful candidate be working on projects varying from fabricating vital components for a critical production line, repair work to get essential equipment operational, or collaborating with design engineers to create a next-generation prototype.
- This high-speed environment requires attention to detail, ability to work with a highly skilled and diverse team, and opportunity to grow your skillset by not doing the same thing day after day.
- The Factory's reputation is built on our ability to execute challenging projects to meet customer schedules.
