Your Role

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the adoption of CRM across multiple business lines globally.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for D365 administration and use; establish, monitor, maintain, and enforce systematic data and process standards.
  • Execute the vision for effective use of the system; lead the process to define, develop, and execute best-in-class CRM strategies that support global goals in marketing, lead generation, funnel management and growth, customer service, quality, and S&OP.
  • Identify and balance the needs of the platform (performance, scalability, cost, data integrity) with the requests of the business (new functionality, speed, integrations) during roadmap planning and while architecting and designing solutions.
  • Develop and coordinate integration with business systems.
  • Define business metrics and KPIs to develop PowerBI reports to enable monitoring and trending for business needs.
  • Direct and execute data cleansing and alignment.
  • Educate, train, and influence business leaders and CRM users.
  • Support the creation and implementation of automation campaigns.
  • Manage vendors and consultants; coordinate Dover IT ticket submittals for central processing and system integrations.
  • Advocate additional enterprise uses for CRM; serve as a resource for users.
  • Provide work direction, leadership, and mentorship to CRM Specialists/Analysts
  • Performs other job duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • 7+ years managing data and improvements in CRM systems.
  • Proven track record of leading or influencing CRM adoption and business systems integration.
  • Experience with sales lead process management and monitoring of multiple business lines.
  • Precision and accuracy; attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to investigate problems and resolve issues.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Willingness to test new ideas, learn new technologies, consider new methodologies.
  • This role may require less than 5% of travel, domestically or internationally. Candidates should be comfortable with occasional travel as needed to support business objectives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CE and Power Apps.
  • Associate's degree in marketing, business, advertising, information systems or related fields.
  • Experience with B2B business model with two-step distribution and direct channels.
  • Familiarity with ERP system integration and Power BI.

    • This range is the pay scale for this role in Minnesota. Individual compensation is based on skills, experience, and qualifications related to this position.
