This full-time role pays $19-$22/hr (based on experience), offers steady work, and gets you moving outdoors. Required Skills Effective communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors Basic maintenance skills for office building upkeep Commitment to safety protocols and procedures Checking in and out of equipment, as well as repair tools/equipment. Cut and mow yards, maintain landscape. Required Experience 1-2 years of general laborer experience, preferably in the construction industry Familiarity with construction materials and equipment handling, load/unloading semi-trailers Proven track record of punctuality and reliability in previous positions History of working well within a team and taking direction from supervisors Miscellaneous building repair and maintenance.
