Job Title: Online Marketing Coordinator

Location(s): Culver City, CA

Key Job Responsibilities


  • Execute tactical components of assigned marketing campaigns following established processes
  • Maintain accurate campaign documentation and issue tracking
  • Support quality assurance checks for campaign deliverables and client Global Launch Calendar tool
  • Generate regular status reports and updates for Launch Managers
  • Follow established workflows and processes for campaign implementation across 3P Library Marketing Support
  • Assist with team documentation of best practices and learnings (SOPs, tech & creative specs, team wiki, etc)
  • Participate in team training sessions and knowledge sharing
  • Support implementation of team initiatives and process improvements
  • Flag potential risks and issues with O&O Marketing campaigns to launch managers
  • Maintain launch management readiness tracking and metrics reporting


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with project coordination or marketing operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with common business software (Excel, Outlook, Quip, etc)
  • Experience maintaining documentation and process workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in entertainment/media industries
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign management
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Background in digital marketing operations
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new processes quickly
  • Proficiency with project management software (Salesforce, Smartsheets, Airtable, Asana, etc.)


Required Skills:


  • Required education or certifications: Bachelors Marketing, Entertainment, Visual Media Arts, Film or anything in that direction!
  • 1-2 years of marketing internship or professional experience (EX: Interns from a Movie trailer company, Ad sales, large tech companies or other streaming companies)
  • Disqualifiers or Red Flags: Too far removed from relevant experience or no relevant marketing/ visual entertainment.. Over experience is also a disqualifier
  • Microsoft Suite (Excel is a MUST HAVE) Google docs Experience.
