A Day in the Life: Our sales representatives take inbound phone calls from our existing customers to help fix concerns, and to offer upgrades, help customers moves, and educate them on exclusive offers that are available to them. Successful Sales Representatives determine customer needs and provide a white-glove experience from sale to installation while balancing the customer experience and correcting potential customer concerns. As an Inbound Revenue Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving troubleshooting issues and concerns of the customer via an upgrade, maintaining all Customer Solutions metric targets, and convincing customers who are eligible to get back into contract. As such you will need to learn the internal process of troubleshooting and our proven sales process and approach. Top Performers Make $70K+
