Manages key functions of integrated production team. Supports Production team and Collaborates with ad agencies, production companies, media partners, R&D and the Brand team to bring to life Wendy's creative all production shoots (TV, Social, Digital & Partnerships). Responsible for the day to day management for Wendy's internal studio.

Responsibilities
  • Supports Manager and Director on production of all content for Wendy's
  • Attends live action/digital video shoots as needed.
  • Contributes to creating appropriate production timelines for all shoots; responsible for making sure that the Wendy's cross-functional team (brand, connections, comms) are all informed on key dates & decisions.
  • Responsible for daily workflow of all local projects. This includes broadcast video and audio productions, digital video production, media partnership content and other projects as assigned.
  • Assembles all final creative ad materials from agencies and distributes to CMO, WNAP and the marketing department, in conjuntion with the IMT and agency leads.
  • Authors monthly commercial availability report and distributes to field.
  • Manages all Screen Actors Guild talent matters: holding fees, internet rights etc.Provides updates for all budget rollups for Financial Subcommittee calls and meetings.
  • Processes and reviews all agency invoices, verifies coding and determines route. Meets monthly with Finance and AP to review spending and cash flows.
  • Updates budgets on a weekly basis for all agency & production related items.
  • Manages day to day functions for WNAP annual production budget, approximately $25,000,000, by issuing PO numbers to agencies and outside suppliers as needed for all projects.
  • Review and submit all product builds from R&D to all agencies and food stylists.
  • Manages all food, equipment and prop ordering and deliveries for all shoots - broadcast, digital, social, connections, concept and merchandising.
  • Oversees agency's management of color correct packaging inventory for all shoots.
  • Maintains database of all product builds and knowledge.
  • Maintains library and distributes latest video images and stills to International Division and supplies all available footage to Local agencies for all franchisee use.
  • Supports Manager in reviewing all live and still shots of food to ensure accuracy in product use and build across all creative channels.
  • Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with R&D, QSCC, outside suppliers, agencies, brand, and field marketing teams to develop efficiencies in food ordering, advertising availability and access.
  • Serve as point person on advertising materials, needs and questions.
  • Responsible for the management of the Wendy's internal Production Studio.
  • Oversee the daily operations for our studio by managing all ongoing projects to ensure they are scheduled & staffed properly
  • Manage cost tracking & reporting to ensure proper usage and for accountability up to the WNAP budget
  • Control studio bookings based on priority of content; business & team needs/wants.
  • Liaise with appropriate contacts to make sure all parties are aware of studio rules/expectations before shooting.
  • Book cleaning services as needed.
  • Maintain the studio schedule and properly setup/arrange the studio based on incoming shoots.


What we expect from you
  • Education: Bachelors Degree Additional education information (major, etc.): Marketing, Business, Graphic Arts or related field
  • Working knowledge of broadcast and digital production outlets
  • Excellent oral and written communication, assertiveness, interpersonal skills
  • 2-4 years in advertising, marketing communications or production.
  • Agency experience

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. * The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
