Senior Manager, Sales Order Management Applications

  Lead a team of IT professionals, manage vendor partners, and own delivery of key SAP sales order applications.

  Serve as the primary technology contact for business leaders-building roadmaps, shaping strategy, and ensuring business alignment.

  Oversee delivery of complex projects and programs, from intake through execution, while resolving escalations and managing risk.

  Own relationships with business stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and Single Point of Contact for IT-related needs.

  Drive operational excellence through application lifecycle planning, capacity forecasting, and performance coaching.

  
  
• 
  

  Stay ahead of the curve by anticipating trends, managing compliance, and helping the organization adapt in a changing environment.

  
  

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT with a focus on SAP sales order management applications.
• Preferred experience within the CPG industry
• Deep understanding of sales order management processes, including Sales Order Management operations - end to end processes.
• Experience in a manufacturing organization
• Strong leadership skills, with a history of successfully managing IT teams and complex projects.
• S/4 Hana experience required.
• Product Life Cycle Management systems and / or processes is desired

• Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions
• Able to direct and build high performing teams

• Understanding of End-User perspective and how the system tool supports their processes
• Understanding of integration points with various system tools
• Able to produce solutions and validate ROI on proposed solutions by team members
• Ability to travel 25%-50%
