Overview The Assembly Manager is a key position in leading the manufacturing team in the production of motion control products and in the adoption and implementation of lean manufacturing practices. This role will also manage the IPT manufacturing daily operations, ensuring to provide a safe work environment, manage costs, improve quality, increase efficiencies, develop KPI's and ensure that products are delivered on time. The Assembly Manager is also a driver for Continuous Improvement in manufacturing areas. Major Position Responsibilities
Supervises a manufacturing production line that assembles fabricated parts.
Basic Qualifications
Pay Range (USD) $82,852.00 - $153,868.00 Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process. Additional Compensation Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
