Job Summary The Senior Director, Medical Education serves as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Academic Affairs and GME DIO to lead and oversee all operational activities for graduate and undergraduate medical education. The incumbent is accountable for developing and managing all medical education initiatives, contracts, and payments including Medicare reimbursements and medical school affiliation agreements and partners with other stakeholders such as finance, legal, and compliance as necessary. Communicates vision and sets strategic and region-wide objectives based on extensive business and financial modeling.
