Description This is a hybrid position. They will need to come onsite to support the applications that are onsite approx. once a week, could be more. ERP JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide ongoing maintenance, support and development to assigned applications and implement new products. Troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. Test and verify software releases, upgrades and any changes prior to the promotion of code to the production environment. Generate and update appropriate documentation as per policy and procedure. Including requirements, specifications, change control, end user documentation. Provide education and training for application end user community - keeping them informed of new release feature/functionality, changes/revisions that impact the operation. Create and route required operational and management reporting needs as required by management and regulatory agencies. Solid understanding of operational / clinical services and information / work flow of assigned areas. Ability to analyze, diagnose, support and implement process/operational change. Will interact and collaborate with all levels of healthcare personnel; IT Management, Clinicians, Consultants and Administrators. Active member of project team coordinating project tasks and utilizing project management skills for specific tasks. Strong process improvement and project management skills. Level 3 support for Application related issues. Function as part of a team. Strong Customer Service Orientation and ability to follow through on issue resolution. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
