*Description*
This is a hybrid position. They will need to come onsite to support the applications that are onsite approx. once a week, could be more. *ERP JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * *Provide ongoing maintenance, support and development to assigned applications and implement new products. *Troubleshoot, research, and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. *Test and verify software releases, upgrades and any changes prior to the promotion of code to the production environment. *Generate and update appropriate documentation as per policy and procedure. Including requirements, specifications, change control, end user documentation. *Provide education and training for application end user community - keeping them informed of new release feature/functionality, changes/revisions that impact the operation. *Create and route required operational and management reporting needs as required by management and regulatory agencies. *Solid understanding of operational / clinical services and information / work flow of assigned areas. *Ability to analyze, diagnose, support and implement process/operational change. *Will interact and collaborate with all levels of healthcare personnel; IT Management, Clinicians, Consultants and Administrators. *Active member of project team coordinating project tasks and utilizing project management skills for specific tasks. *Strong process improvement and project management skills. *Level 3 support for Application related issues. *Function as part of a team. *Strong Customer Service Orientation and ability to follow through on issue resolution. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
