We are seeking a data-driven Logistics Operations Manager to lead freight operations across our Inbound and Outbound transportation networks. Supporting three U.S. warehouses in Alabama, California, and New Jersey, this role is critical in driving efficiency, performance, and cost savings through deep analytics, forecasting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and operational expertise, along with fluent Korean and English language skills, to lead a high-performing logistics team, optimize carrier performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily freight execution for inbound shipments from global suppliers and outbound deliveries to customers and regional warehouses. Apply analytics to monitor logistics KPIs, cost trends, service metrics, and exception handling; develop actionable insights to drive improvements. Manage a logistics team of two full-time salaried employees and up to three hourly temporary staff. Analyze and oversee 3PL and carrier performance; manage escalations and ensure compliance with service level agreements. Collaborate with Finance and AP teams to perform freight audits, reconcile invoices, and identify cost anomalies. Lead cost-reduction initiatives using historical data and forecasting models to balance service levels with budget targets. Spearhead special projects such as TMS enhancements, depot management, and predictive stocking programs. Maintain SOPs, contingency plans, and data-driven seasonal capacity forecasts. Work cross-functionally with Warehouse, Procurement, Field, and Customer Service teams to align logistics strategy with business needs. Qualifications / Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analytics, or related field. 5+ years of experience in freight operations, transportation, or distribution logistics. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience working with large datasets and performance dashboards. Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements, charts); experience with data tools or SQL a plus. Experience preparing and presenting operational performance and insights to leadership. Familiarity with TMS, ERP, and WMS systems. Prior team leadership experience, including managing both direct and indirect reports. Understanding of freight audit processes and carrier contract terms. Bilingual fluency in Korean and English is required.
