How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and implement resilient and sustainable sourcing strategies.

• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to meet factory expectations.

• Control and manage contract usage in local ERP systems.

• Define and guide Supplier Management activities for the Supply Quality and Development team.

• Collaborate with factories and stakeholders to support bidding, design to value (DtV), and R&D activities.

• Initiate projects to reduce total cost of ownership and mitigate risks.

• Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy, BU, and HBU regulations and procedures.

• Take accountability and approval authority for the quality of team operations.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering.

• Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
