Leads the development and execution of holistic, global category management strategies, including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, diversity, and risk management initiatives. Develops, executes, and manages global sourcing strategies using the Company's sourcing methodology. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in science / arts or equivalent in business analysis, strategic management, marketing, or other analytical field; degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline preferred. Minimum Experience Minimum four (4) years work experience in sourcing, financial analysis, or related field, a related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of project management, current technology tools/advances, and database/analytical tools. Adept at forecasting long-term market trends. Possess comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics and category/product lifecycle. Proficiency with cost analysis, Coupa, and Power BI Dashboard preferred. Proficiency in applying financial principles and data to complex business decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills, including emotional intelligence and basic conflict resolution. Strong written and oral communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $6,511.62/month - $9,081.99/month. Additional Details: Desired location for this position will be Memphis, TN, Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA. Depending on your location, you may be required to work at a FedEx Campus several times per week. Relocation may be available.
