Job Description The Department of Information Technology, Patient Technical Support Associate is responsible for assisting patients with access to their OSU Wexner Medical Center patient portal accounts. Associate functions that are provided include, but are not limited to, providing patient information regarding the patient portal application, providing excellent customer service, placing trouble tickets when needed and activating and resetting passwords for patients. Services provided by the IT Patient Portal Support team are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Position Summary The Patient Technical Support Associate serves as point person on the phone for all patient portal support needs while also ensuring the protection on patient information.
