The Installation Manager manages the activities of installation coordinators responsible for the successful, accurate, and timely implementation of card processing systems for customers utilizing JH products and services. Works with customers, other JH product groups, and the project management group to coordinate implementation schedules and activities that will promote a successful product and service implementation.

Target salary range is $78,585 - $115,000, dependent on candidate experience and location.

This position can work remotely within the United States. However, preference will be given to candidates located in or near Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; or Allen, TX.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Performs day-to-day management of installation services for new and existing customers. Receives, analyzes, assigns and monitors installation projects. Manages resources and distributes installation schedule.
  • Assists customers as required with review and resolution of issues before, during and after conversion.
  • Serves as back up for installation coordinators for all aspects of conversion regarding process, schedule, and progress of project.
  • Assists installation coordinators with the development, implementation, and testing of effective project plans, in addition to development of customer facing tools such as the implementation guides.
  • Supports the sales process by participating in new sales conference calls. Provides information on quotes, installation dates, etc.
  • Works with existing customer base on acquisition, merger, and migration business activities. Provides quotes, installation dates, process information, etc.
  • Reviews backlogs and internal transitions to determine where resources must be allocated.
  • Assists in the development of new procedures to improve performance. Participates in tactical and strategic planning.
  • Assists in the budget process.
  • Escalates installation issues for resolution.
  • Builds and fosters relationships across the installation teams.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the FinTech and/or Financial Industries.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing installation projects.
  • Previous leadership experience required.
