Join our Intermediary Services team as an Intermediary Contracts Manager in Philadelphia or Kansas City, supporting our Broker Administration team. In this support role, you will be coordinating the workflow and efforts necessary to onboard and maintain contractual relationships with Financial Intermediary Clients. The role will interact with key internal and external stakeholders including Retail Distribution, Product, Separately Managed Account Operations, Legal, Compliance, and external Financial Intermediaries. Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility This position will be part of the Intermediary Services team sitting within the Fund and Client Services function. In this role, your responsibilities include coordinating the workflow and efforts necessary to onboard and maintain contractual relationships with Financial Intermediary Clients. You will manage functions related to onboarding and maintaining contractual relationships with Financial Intermediaries, analyze contract terms related to services and fees, review and edit the contracts as appropriate for legal review, act as a primary lead for coordinating meetings and directly workflows, and support due diligence review when onboarding new relationships.
