Summary: Responsibilities: Engages and consults with customers technical teams and leadership to align application setup with strategic objectives. Designs data structure and schema for data collection and crafts custom reports for comprehensive insights. Provides technical training and user assistance for staff ensuring proficient usage of applications. Stays abreast of application features and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement. Maintains a repository of application documentation and change control procedures Serves as a liaison between the organization and external vendors such as Advarra and other software providers. Collaborates with cross-functional teams on data pipelines data analysis data visualization and metric reporting. Identifies requirements prioritizes enhancements and develops reports that align with organizational reporting needs. Participates in data migration and data flow initiatives to ensure seamless integration across systems. Develops programs using relevant programming languages to transform and manipulate data facilitating information reformatting and new file creation. Manages and optimize cloud-based data storage and retrieval processes leveraging modern technologies like Snowflake and APIs. Oversees the management of eRegulatory systems to ensure compliance and data integrity. Provides support for the Redcap ecosphere within Clinical Trial Management ensuring efficient data management. Serves as the technical lead in the development and management of the datamart and informatics structure which underpins the organization's reporting program. Other information: BASIC KNOWLEDGE: Showcase experience in integrating data from diverse sources and systems exhibiting high-level manipulation of intricate databases. Demonstrate analytical skills to assess data completeness quality and acceptability contributing to data-driven decision-making. Display exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with medical professionals research staff and trainees fostering a deeper understanding of research studies. Exhibit the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively adapting to diverse project requirements. Technical Proficiency: Previous exposure to analysis reporting tools such as Power BI Jasper Studio R and Python and PySpark is preferred. Organizational Expertise: Leverage strong organizational skills to efficiently manage a dynamic portfolio of requests and projects. Proficiency in leveraging Fabric's unified analytics platform to manage store and analyze data within Lakehouse architectures including experience with Dataflow version 2 for advanced ETL operations.
