Responsibilities

- Data Entry.
- Verifying accuracy of data and working reports.
- Managing multiple shared mailboxes.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor, front desk reception.
- Office supply replenishing.
- Communicating with all departments in our call center to determine needs.
- Coordinating meetings and help with any projects as needed.

Qualifications

- Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Products, reporting, formulas, and data integrity required.
- Must be detail oriented, reliable, able to communicate well and work in a team, flexible, organized, and adaptable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift 10-15 lbs.
- Must be able to multitask
