What You'll Be Doing * Assist with the installation of low voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6) for data, voice, and video systems. * Run, pull, and route low voltage cables through ceilings, walls, and conduit in commercial buildings. * Terminate and label cables under the guidance of experienced technicians. * Learn to read blueprints and follow layout plans for cable pathways. * Support Sr techs on job sites and gain valuable hands-on experience. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. What We're Looking For * A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills. * Ability to work on your feet, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. * A team player who takes direction well and shows up on time. * Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus-but not required. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
