Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze franchisee revenue and royalty streams
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Maintain financial models for unit and system-wide performance
  • Track and report KPIs for stakeholders
  • Evaluate new locations, closures, and territory performance
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis
  • Collaborate across departments to validate financial data


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships included)
  • Strong Excel skills; financial modeling is a plus
  • Understanding of financial statements and metrics
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with franchising or multi-unit models is a bonus
  • Experience with financial/ERP software (e.g., OneStream, Great Plains
  • Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI)



Estimated Min Rate: $85000.00
Estimated Max Rate: $90000.00
