As an Actuary, you'll provide advanced pricing, analysis, and actuarial support for our life insurance product portfolio. This role contributes directly to product development, financial performance, and strategic planning.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):


    • Actuary: $134,000 - $171,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Sr. Actuary: $142,000 - $180,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Analyze financial and non-financial data to guide product decisions.
  • Lead actuarial projects related to pricing, experience studies, and financial results.
  • Support product development with detailed rate calculations and financial projections.
  • Monitor and explain product performance, including risk and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide actuarial expertise.
  • May mentor or lead junior actuarial staff.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Attainment of the Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation.
  • Strong background in actuarial science, statistics, math, or a related field.
  • Proven experience analyzing financial results and developing actuarial models.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.



PREFERRED:



  • Experience with Universal Life products.
  • AXIS modeling experience.
  • Background in financial results analysis and performance monitoring.
