Here's what you'd do:

• Acts independently and collaboratively to plan and execute advanced data analytics projects and initiatives that may have a strategic impact on clients.
• Interacts with Stakeholders in the completion of projects and participates in and influences cross-functional teams.
• Acts as a subject matter expert within specific responsibility area(s).
• Utilizes advanced functionality of SQL, Power BI, Snowflake, Sigma, Python, SSIS and Business Objects to perform data mining and automation.
• Extracts and houses data from internal client systems for use in strategic analysis.
• Implement Kimball methodology and develop data feeds as sources for PEO-wide Reporting teams.
• Builds and designs visual tools such as dashboards and reports to assist management in quickly understanding current business trends.
• Builds positive relationships and develops reports and data feeds for Clients.
• Leads and executes all phases of quantitative research projects by identifying the business problem, conducting data exploration, modelling and communicating of final results to leadership across the company to create insightful analytical results that drive strategic decision-making in the company.
• Utilizes financial and operational systems to retrieve and analyze data, perform complex research, interpret findings that have a financial impact and draw appropriate conclusions, and develop and publish financial reports to support business unit decisions and performance results.
• Involved in significant company initiatives which may include product and system development, implementation of new business processes or control enhancements, and performance of due diligence procedures for acquired companies.
• Functions as a subject matter expert in position-specific processes and responsibility areas.
• Develop collaborative working relationships with all business partners to ensure a high level of utilization of team services for departmental needs.
• Meets regularly with the leadership team to report the status of reporting requests, present analysis results, and discuss opportunities for improvements within operations.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 years of experience in databases, Data warehousing, data mining, or analytical environment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in using one or more of the following: SQL, Snowflake, and Oracle.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic problem-solving using advanced quantitative and analytical skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with reporting in one or more of the following: PowerBI, SSRS, Sigma, and MicroStrategy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with SSIS, Python, Kafka, and Informer.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Python, Power BI Dashboards and Paginated Reports

• Bachelor's Degree
• Good communication skills: will be working with MANY stakeholders.
• Be able to have good, quick, thorough conversations (verbal and written).
• Team player: has to get along well with everyone. Not afraid to ask for help from the team and quick to help others.
