Assistant Professor - Communication

The School of Communication, English, and World Languages is seeking an Assistant Professor of Communication to begin Fall 2025.

The Assistant Professor has the primary responsibility of instruction in the classroom for students enrolled in Communication courses, as well as ensuring the success and retention of students while maintaining high academic standards.

Location will be at various TCC campuses and off-site locations such as NSU-BA, Glenpool, etc...

Master's degree in Communication or Master's Degree with 18 graduate hours in Communication.

Primary teaching responsibilities in Communication courses for general population students and dual credit high school students.

Philosophy compatible with that of a comprehensive urban community college.

Experience teaching at the community college or university level.

Experience teaching Communication and Mass Communication courses.

Preference for faculty who have familiarity with dual credit teaching as part of the community college mission.
