* Under direct supervision, Responsible for completing device history record (DHR), label verification, and daily checklist paperwork

* Production

* Under direct supervision, develop the capability to safely perform the following operator duties on one work center:

* Load a parent roll on unwinds

* Webbing machine

* Make tension adjustments

* Shimming and adjusting cutting equipment

* Set-ups

* Complete changeovers

* Properly pack products off the line

* Perform operator preventative maintenance tasks

* Perform other job duties as required
