Job Summary Levy is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Purchasing Manager to lead all procurement operations at the United Center, home of the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks. This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality, cost-effective sourcing for concessions, culinary, suites, clubs, catering, and premium dining. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute purchasing strategies for food, beverage, disposables, and supplies Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste Ensure compliance with health, safety, and Levy/United Center standards Collaborate with culinary, operations, and finance teams Provide reporting and analysis on spend, savings, and usage trends Qualifications: 5+ years of management experience in a leadership role in F&B purchasing, preferably in sports or hospitality venues Strong vendor management, negotiation, and analytical skills Experience with inventory and purchasing systems (e.g., Birchstreet or similar) Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends, holidays and event days based on business needs Why Levy at the United Center?
