Order Operations and Process Manager

Job Summary
In a fast paced big box/ consumer driven environment, facilitate the continuous flow of customers orders through EDI to ensure timely processing and shipment to meet customer requested ship date and provide an optimal customer experience. Process analysis to continually improve the day-to-day activity stream between internal users, customers, and third-party providers via the ERP system, adjacent bolt-on software, and customer portals. Duties and Responsibilities
* Manager order-to-cash processes that incorporate the flow of both EDI and manual order activity, the adjoining procedures from receipt through 3rd party vendor, to order invoicing. Qualification Requirements
Minimum Education: Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field of study preferred. Minimum Work Experience: 3-5 years of order management/order entry experience supporting mid to large size customers, preferably within a CPG company. License(s) / Certification(s): None Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Navigational aptitude to facility qualitative efficiencies in systems utilized throughout the QTC process, both internally and customer driven. Physical Requirements
