Per Diem Pathologist- Mass General Brigham Enterprise Services Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pathologist to join our team in a per diem capacity. This flexible, non-benefitted position is ideal for candidates who are looking to maintain a clinical presence, support coverage needs, and contribute to high-quality diagnostic care across our network. Position Highlights: Per diem opportunity with flexible scheduling based on coverage needs Work may include general surgical pathology, cytopathology, and/or frozen sections, depending on site requirements Opportunities at community-based hospitals across the Mass General Brigham system Supportive, collaborative team of pathologists and clinical colleagues Access to advanced diagnostic tools and centralized pathology services Responsibilities: Provide pathology coverage during planned and unplanned absences Ensure timely and accurate diagnostic reporting Communicate findings effectively with referring clinicians Adhere to institutional quality and compliance standards Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited institution Board-certified or board-eligible in Anatomic Pathology and/or Clinical Pathology Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire, as needed Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Prior experience in a community hospital setting preferred but not required About Mass General Brigham: Mass General Brigham is a leading integrated academic healthcare system, comprising nationally renowned hospitals and specialists.
