About You

You are a person who loves to lead and optimize commercial revenue cycle processes, ensuring financial integrity, and developing strategies to improve patient financial outcomes. We need someone who is an expert working closely with an executive team and senior leadership to translate vision into actionable, measurable outcomes, and will be accountable for program delivery, operational performance, and customer satisfaction across all commercial engagements. In the role of Chief Commercial Operating Officer, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, advising on financial matters for clients, and scaling execution capabilities to support long-term growth.

About The Position



  • Executive leadership to day-to-day operations of all commercial programs and client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, compliance, client satisfaction, and performance metrics are met or exceeded.
  • Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks that adhere to all pertinent regulations related to revenue cycle management and set Signature Performance apart in client delivery.
  • Partner with growth experts and capture teams to support client acquisition, pricing strategies, new client onboarding, and program transition planning.
  • Participate in strategic planning, M&A assessments, and corporate growth initiatives related to the commercial sector.
  • Serve as the executive liaison with key commercial customers, vendors, and external partners, fostering long-term relationships and continued client retention.
  • Build and lead high-performing delivery and program management teams; mentor leaders to cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, resource allocations, risk management strategies, and program performance KPIs.
  • Drive operational innovation using digital tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance efficiency and client value.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.



Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, public health, or a related field is required.
  • 15+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle commercial operations, program management, consulting, strategic advisory, or executive leadership.
  • Proven track record leading complex commercial programs and business units of more than 1,000 associates with P&L responsibility in public healthcare administration.
  • Deep knowledge of client engagement regulations, payer-provider relations, compliance frameworks, and best operational practices.
  • Experience scaling operations in a mid- to large-sized organization.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with senior officials and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex healthcare data, provide actionable insights and drive results.
  • Project management skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.


Preferred Requirements:



  • Master's degree in healthcare administration or equivalent is preferred.
  • Expertise in revenue cycle optimization through advisory and managed services.
