The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $170,982.00 to $293,110.80. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.



Responsibilities

The Chief Human Resources Officer leads the strategic development and implementation of company-wide recruiting, employee relations, retention, engagement, compensation, benefits and payroll strategic plans. This role oversees development and coordination of policies, programs and initiatives; maintains strong focus on relationship management, consultation, and streamlining processes and gaining efficiencies and works closely with leaders at all levels including executive management.



Qualifications

Requirements:

    Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • 10 years experience in employment law, employee relations, and negotiation.
  • 5 years experience directly or indirectly in the areas of Compensation, Benefits and Payroll administration
  • 7 years in a leadership role over multiple HR functions

Preferences:

  • Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) advanced degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Knowledge of Human Resource policies, laws, procedures and practices.
  • Negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback at all organizational levels.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems; knowledge in ADP and Open Hire preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office.
