The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $136,305.00 to $233,666.40. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.



Responsibilities

The Director of Strategic Program & Product Management plays a critical role in advancing EagleBank's banking priorities through the oversight of strategic programs, enterprise projects, and key IT banking applications. This leadership position requires deep banking experience, a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, a proven ability to oversee a portfolio of complex, high-impact IT and enterprise-wide initiatives (including infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM), data initiatives, and cloud transformations) and ability to drive change management initiatives across a complex, regulated environment. The ideal candidate combines deep project and program management expertise with a strong understanding of IT systems, enterprise architecture, and change management, while routinely presenting project status updates to senior leadership. Reporting to the Managing Director of Operations and Technology, this individual will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and Application Product Management team to align projects and technology initiatives with the Bank's long-term business strategy and growth objectives.



Qualifications

Requirements:

    10 years of progressive experience project/program management, strategic planning, managing large-scale Information Technology projects and enterprise change management.
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services, with a strong track record leading strategic initiatives.
  • Experience managing diverse teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and banking operations.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

Preferences:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
