Requisition ID req33521 Working Title Student Recruitment Specialist Position Grade 12 Position Summary The Division of Enrollment Management, Office of Admissions and Recruitment, is searching for a highly motivated person to join our recruitment team. This position will have responsibility for student recruitment of high school, transfer, and online students, and assist with the campus visit program. This incumbent will travel within New Mexico and out-of-state and serve as a liaison and representative with internal and external constituencies, agencies, and institutions related to those activities to accomplish division enrollment goals. Daily activities will include interaction with prospective students, public presentations, oral and written communication, problem solving, and the use and maintenance of student databases. The ideal candidate will be student focused and have an energetic personality and able to prepare and deliver small and large group presentations. The ability to work independently, complete assignments, and make professional and sound decisions is essential. There will be some required evening and weekend work at recruitment events and extensive travel is required to fulfill job duties. See the Position Description for additional information. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; at least 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications
