Organizational Effectiveness Manager

The Organizational Effectiveness Manager serves as a hands-on strategic partner to HR and business leaders, driving initiatives that enhance organizational performance, talent readiness, and business agility. This role leads efforts in organizational design, strategy deployment, workforce planning, performance management, and change management to align people strategies with enterprise goals. Leveraging data, proven frameworks, and strong business acumen, this role builds scalable solutions that improve team effectiveness, accelerate efficiencies, and strengthen leadership capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Organizational Effectiveness Manager: $102k and up based on experience.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Organizational Effectiveness Manager Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with leaders to align business strategy with organizational design, leading transformation efforts that drive growth, optimize structure, and improve effectiveness.
  • Facilitate strategic planning and deployment processes, aligning people strategies with organizational priorities and tracking progress through the HR function.
  • Lead integrated talent strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management, to build a future-ready, highly engaged and accountable organization.
  • Design and implement frameworks to assess and improve time-to-productivity, evaluating current state and driving targeted solutions that accelerate effectiveness.
  • Drive organizational change management efforts that enable successful implementation of org design and transformation initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, tools, and assessments to leaders and teams to enhance collaboration, performance, and leadership capability.
  • Leverage people analytics to inform talent decisions, partnering with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights aligned with business priorities.
  • Support the strategic direction for learning and development efforts by aligning team priorities with organizational needs and ensuring integration with broader talent and capability strategies.
  • Collaborate across HR and lead enterprise-wide initiatives and projects that advance organizational effectiveness and people strategy.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Organizational Effectiveness Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

  • Bachelor's degree Human Resources Management or related field.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, or HR business partnering roles.
  • Demonstrates executive presence and gravitas with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders.
  • Experience in talent management, strategic workforce planning, and leadership development frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading organizational design and change management initiatives at scale.
  • Experience using data and assessments to inform organizational strategy and decision-making.
  • Preferred experience with strategy deployment methodologies such as Hoshin Kanri, OKRs (Objectives & Key Results), or Balanced Scorecard.
  • Preferred experience with continuous improvement and process optimization tools and techniques, such as Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
