Primary Responsibilities:
* Maintain Gas Control compliance documentation for Control Room Management requirements (i.e. Alarm Management, Fatigue Mitigation, Incident Investigation, Workload Study, Console split/combine justification, Pipeline performance...etc.)
* Maintain various applications associated with Alarm Management (i.e. Safety Related alarm reporting, Master Alarm Database, CRM document repository, PHMSA audit requirements)
* Maintain Master Alarm Database and perform audit functions to ensure compliance with CRM recommended practices.
* Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports demonstrating and documenting on-going compliance with all CRM requirements.
* Assist with the development and implementation of effective fatigue countermeasures associated with alarm management.
* Maintain Gas Control Room Management procedures to meet compliance requirements.
* Performs internal audits on the alarm system and be prepared for Regulatory Agency performed audits to the Alarm Management program.
* Assist SCADA team with configuration sheet review for accuracy of alarms and SCADA data standards.
* General audit preparation for both integrated and program audits.

Minimum Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience and 8+ years' experience with Gas Control Center operations.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT/PHMSA 192 Natural Gas Control Room Management requirements.
  • Must have strong leadership ability, analytical skills, and interest in advancing technology platforms.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, internal team members, and external regulatory agencies.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.


Preferred Experience



  • Associates degree in a technical or related discipline preferred
  • Experience developing and implementing control room management procedures.
  • Knowledge of the company's pipeline systems.
