Overview
Job Purpose The Relationship Manager is responsible for proactively managing ongoing relationships for a territory of 15 to 30 accounts ranging from $.5M to $10M in annual revenue. The primary role of the Relationship Manager is to build trust based and value-added relationships with key clients within the accounts they manage. The Relationship Manager is measured on revenue retention and growth with the goal of strengthening and enhancing long-term client relationships. This particular role may be concentrated on supporting ICE Mortgage Data & Analytics so knowledge and familiarity of that subject is preferred but not required. Responsibilities
Knowledge and Experience
Base Salary Range for New York The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $75,000 - $140,000. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's rewarding and uncapped sales commission incentives. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances. Base Salary Range for Illinois The expected base salary for this role, if located in Illinois, is between $71,000 - $126,000. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's rewarding and uncapped sales commission incentives.
