JOB DETAILS LOCATION: (HYBRID) DC/VA/MD JOB STATUS: Full-Time TRAVEL: Less than 20% JOB SUMMARY Astrion is seeking a Corporate Vice President, Treasury, Tax & Compliance to lead our treasury operations and capital markets strategy, tax, and accounting compliance. This highly visible leadership role will oversee the company's cash management, liquidity planning, capital structure, debt compliance, risk management, and banking relationships. They will also be a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, the VP & Treasurer will work closely with the CFO, PE sponsors, and executive leadership to optimize the balance sheet, support M&A activity, and drive value creation across the organization. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience in government contracting environment.
- Experience in a private equity backed environment, including exposure to leveraged capital structures, debt instruments, and M&A.
- Experience in cost and investment strategies that maximize return on investment
- 10+ years of Accounting, Tax, and Compliance experience
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capital Markets & Financing Strategy
- Develop and execute capital structure strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives and PE sponsor value creation plan
- Lead debt and equity financing initiatives, including refinancings, recapitalizations, and acquisition financing
- Manage compliance with debt covenants, reporting obligations, and lender communication
- Partner with the CFO and sponsors on strategic initiatives including dividend recapitalizations, IPO readiness, or exit planning
- Treasury Operations & Liquidity Management
- Oversee global cash management, cash forecasting, and intercompany funding structures
- Drive optimization of working capital and liquidity across the enterprise
- Ensure appropriate controls, policies, and procedures are in place for cash operations and treasury systems
- Risk Management & Insurance
- Oversee corporate insurance programs, including renewals, broker relationships, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor financial risk exposures and implement appropriate hedging strategies
- Banking & Treasury Infrastructure
- Manage all corporate banking relationships, fees, services, and performance
- Evaluate and enhance treasury technology infrastructure and banking platforms
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalability in treasury processes
- Tax
- Manage all corporate Tax relationships, fees, services, and performance
- Evaluate and enhance Tax technology infrastructure and banking platforms
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalability in treasury processes
- Compliance
- Manage all corporate accounting compliance activities
- Oversee disclosure statements, incurred cost submittals, DCAA compliance
- Evaluate and enhance compliance technology infrastructure and banking platforms
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and scalability in treasury processes
