Job Title: Support Lead (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Support Lead with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading support projects. Experience in Menu Management, Recipe management is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our company's success and impact society positively.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the support team and provide technical guidance to the team to ensure the tickets are resolved within the required SLA.
  • Oversee the maintenance of MDM architecture to support business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise in Stibo and GCP cloud to enhance issue fixes and suggest improvements/enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Stibo patch/ GCP patch updates into existing systems.
  • Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Mentor and guide junior support analysts and other developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Work closely with Business stakeholders to understand the functionality while applying fixes.
  • Participate in Test evidence reviews to maintain high-quality code and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to the development of support training materials.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify the areas of innovation and encourage the team in innovation and creativity.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Provide technical guidance on P1 and P2 issues and stay connected with the team until resolution
  • Provide proper communication on any planned/unplanned outage to all stakeholders
  • Be on top of all support activities and work closely with SDM

Required Technical Skills : ITIL, MDM Architecture, STIBO, GCP Cloud

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until June 15, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $124,000 - $200,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
