Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in New Kensington, PA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Uses predetermined methods, inspection operations and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit card assemblies IAW IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
• The role will incorporate instructions, drawings or inspection instructions and checklists, and various measuring devices (dial indicators, preset micrometres, scales, etc) to visually inspect circuit card assemblies to manufacturing and industry specifications, including IPC and related reference documents and standards.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the electro-mechanical assembly and printed circuit board assembly industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience inspecting solder connections and in-assembly build experience on circuit card assemblies in accordance with IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of solder/visual Inspection experience
• Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing/soldering experience in Electronic Assemblies.
• Minimum 1 year of conformal coating experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operating computers

• Detailed and process-oriented, proficient at interpreting drawings, diagrams, and parts lists, navigating and understanding IPC standards, revision control, reference documents and work instructions.
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
