WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the talent acquisition team.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and tools.
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Workday for recruitment purposes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a recruitment leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters.
  • Experience with Workday implementation and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions.
  • You listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection in Omaha, NE.
  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.



PREFERRED:



  • PHR, SPHR designations or demonstrated progress towards such designations.
